This policy explains what personal data the VERTEX OSS W360 website (www.vertexprimeapp.com.br) collects, what it is used for and how you can exercise your rights under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).

1. Who is responsible for the data

The data controller is JA PRIME WELLNESS GROUP LTDA, CNPJ (Brazilian company registration) No. 55.821.608/0001-79, located at Rua Nova Friburgo, nº 1448, Jardim Mariléa, Rio das Ostras/RJ, CEP 28.896-019, Brazil.

2. What data we collect

The website only collects personal data when you submit the contact form. In that case, we store:

• What you fill in: name, company, job title, e-mail, phone, area of interest and message.
• A record of your consent: confirmation that you ticked the consent box, with date and time.
• Technical submission data: the page the form was sent from, campaign parameters in the address (UTM), browser identification (user agent) and an encrypted version of your IP address.

We do not store your IP address itself. It is turned into an irreversible code (a keyed hash), used only to limit repeated submissions and protect the form against abuse.

The website does not collect health data. Physical-functional assessments and other data handled in the VERTEX OSS W360 platform are governed by separate contracts and terms signed with each client company.

3. What we use the data for

• To answer your request and contact you about it.
• To notify our sales team that a new request has arrived.
• To protect the form against automated submissions and abuse.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for other purposes without telling you.

4. Legal basis

Contacting you about your request is based on your consent (LGPD art. 7, I), given by ticking the box on the form. Protection against abuse is based on legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), limited to the minimum necessary.

5. Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf, only to run the website:

• Supabase: database storage of requests.
• Resend: sending the notification e-mail to our sales team.
• Cloudflare: hosting and delivery of the website.

These providers may store and process data outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer follows the LGPD rules on international data transfers.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The website does not use tracking cookies or audience analytics tools. It only stores your language preference (Portuguese or English) in your browser, which you can delete at any time by clearing the site’s data in your browser.

7. How long we keep it

We keep requests for up to 24 months after the last contact. After that, the data is deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

8. How we protect it

The website only works over a secure connection (HTTPS). The database cannot be read publicly: only the form’s internal service has access to it. The IP address is only stored in encrypted form.

9. Your rights

You may request, at any time:

• confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
• data portability;
• information about who we share your data with;
• withdrawal of consent and deletion of the data processed on that basis.

To do so, write to [email protected]. We reply within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website changes. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
